Yellowhead Motel ( Valemount )
Valemount is surrounded by three mountain ranges: Cariboos, Monashees, and the majestic Rockies. Our Motel is quietly located, two blocks off Yellowhead Hwy. #5. Valemount is well known for hiking, heli-skiing, bird-watching at our wildlife sanctuary, golfing, snowmobiling, ATV-tours and much more. During the Chinook Salmon spawning season (mid-August), rafting operators offer salmon float tours. Valemount is just a 20 minute drive to Mount Robson, [the highest point in the Canadian Rockies] or a 1 1/2 hour breathtaking drive to Jasper National Park, Alberta.
