As third-generation Vancouverites, David and Alison Bentall have a rich heritage in this city. David's grandfather Charles Bentall bought the Dominion Construction Company in 1920, which is responsible for much of the original skyline of Vancouver. The Bentall family home was built by the family company in 1941.
