During your stay with us at Parkside Campground & RV Park in Campbell River, you will relax and enjoy the many sights and sounds of the nature of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada! Parkside Campground and RV Park, Campbell River, BC Vancouver Island sits nestled among stately evergreen trees (hemlock, balsam, cedar, douglas fir), natural undergrowth of salal, oregon grape and moss for nature loving campers. Each year the hummingbirds return in greater numbers to enjoy the feeders hanging outside the windows of our office residence. Visitors enjoy taking pictures and watching them hover and dart about, their brilliant colours flashing in the sunlight. Our office/residence and other outbuildings are constructed of logs harvested from the campground during development and visitors are often intrigued by them. We enjoy visits from wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits and sometimes the occasional black bear. The majority of our sites are not visible from our entrance so be sure to come in and have a look.

While camping, enjoy the bird songs in the distance, squirrels scampering from tree to tree, branches swaying back and forth, pine needles falling from the many tall looming trees, from your large private campsite..... all in the name of tranquility, relaxation and for the pure thrill of natural wilderness tenting on grass or RV park camping with full hookups.
