Steps away are many of Victoria's famous attractions such as Inner Harbour, Parliament Buildings, Royal BC Museum, Chinatown, shopping and fine restaurant.

Floatplanes, ferries, and a heliport are all nearby and provide convenient service to Seattle, Port Angeles, or Vancouver. Harbour ferries and water taxies pick up passengers right in front of the suite and will take you anywhere on the Inner Harbour. Whale watching, eco-tour excursions, power boat and kayak/canoe rentals are available on the wharf as well.
