Built in 1906, the Gibson Heritage House Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of Penticton, British Columbia. It is surrounded by picturesque gardens and the original fieldstone wall and gates surround the home as it sits nestled among a border of towering oak trees which is part of the Heritage designation: the Gibson House is Penticton's first designated Heritage home.
This Penticton Bed and Breakfast home is an excellent example of colonial revival architecture, using the gambrel form. Colonial features include the decorative friezes, Etruscan columns, leaded windows and parapet decorations.
