Arrowvale Campground and Cottages ( Port Alberni )

The cottages at Arrowvale are situated beside the Somass River on 67 magnificent acres in the heart of Vancouver Island's beautiful Alberni Valley.

Three quarters of a mile of walking trail follows the river along Arrowvale's eastern edge. The trail meanders through the coastal rainforest revealing spectacular vistas of Mt. Arrowsmith and the Beaufort Range. In the Spring rare wildflowers carpet the forest floor and from Spring to Fall Arrowvale's small herd of dairy cows can be seen grazing contentedly in their lush pastures. To the North the trail leads to the majestic old growth rain forest of Somass Park. Swimsuits and fishing rods are a 'must' in season.
